Paul Grenier

bio-paulPaul has been a partner at Grenier + Richards Architecture since its founding in 1995. He graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1990 and since 1993 he has been a member of the Order of Architects of Québec (OAQ). He is also licensed in several other Canadian provinces.  In 2009 Paul became a LEED® Accredited Professional with the Canadian Green Building Council. From 2006 to 2015 he was a member of the Westmount Planning Advisory Council. During this time Paul authored the city’s environmental ”Storm Water Strategy”. He continues to consult for the City of Westmount on special research topics.

Mr. Grenier has completed hundreds of projects in his career. His responsibilities at GRA include all aspects of the practice, including:

  • client interface
  • design & design development
  • technical research
  • budget estimates
  • site studies
  • code analysis and zoning compliance
  • supervision of detailing and technical drawings
  • tender coordination
  • construction supervision
