In 1999, La Corporation de Gestion Fairway Ltée, a Montreal-based real estate developer enlisted G.R.A. to design the new offices of the Rosemont Employment Centre.

Located in an existing office building, the centre's 10,000 square feet of space are located on two floors joined by elevators and stairwells. The design contains both public and private components. A 1000 square foot public service area with seating, computer terminals and a glazed service counter is accessed off the main elevator core. The balance of the space contains walled and open-plan offices, meeting rooms and other support spaces necessary for the functioning of the centre.
