FedEx Call Centre

Regional Offices and Call Centre for Eastern Canada

Federal Express was among the first express transportation companies to realise the benefits of technology. As early as 1978, the company pioneered the first automated customer service centre. When a Federal Express customer dials 1-800-Go-FedEx® for service in Canada, the call is routed to one of three call centres, located in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Approximately 250 Customer Service Representatives work at the three locations, responding to 33,000 calls per day.

In 1999, G.R.A. was given the mandate to convert 24,000 square feet of office space into FedEx’s new call centre serving all of Eastern Canada.
